The short version: we use the details you send us to answer your enquiry and fulfil your order, and for nothing else. The longer version follows.
Who we are

What we collect and why
Enquiry details. When you submit the enquiry form, call us, or use live chat, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, delivery postcode and the specification of what you'd like priced. We use these to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quotation and, if you order, to manufacture and deliver your goods. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to a contract, and performance of that contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Live chat. Chat on this site is provided by Tawk.to, which processes chat messages on our behalf so we can answer you in real time.
Analytics. If analytics is enabled on this site it runs under Google Consent Mode with analytics storage denied by default; measurement is aggregated and configured with IP anonymisation.
What we don't do
We do not sell your details, add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for, or share your enquiry with third parties beyond the service providers needed to run this website and respond to you (form delivery, live chat and email providers, acting under our instructions).
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to it. Order and invoice records are kept for six years to meet accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email info@newconservatoryroofsltd.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site keeps cookies to a minimum. Live chat sets cookies necessary for the chat session to function. Analytics cookies, where enabled, operate under the consent-denied-by-default configuration described above.
